Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

We apologize for the delay in this response. However, we cannot really help you without more information.

You have added to an earlier question with the subject line "Children's nutritional outcomes and father's characteristics." You appear to have made a complete change of topic. If you still need help, please submit a new post with a descriptive subject line. In your question, please specify the country and survey. Please avoid the use of acronyms such as "PAC".

Before posting the question, please make an effort to answer it yourself. You can search the final report, including the questionnaire, for keywords. I doubt that any DHS surveys have included a question about "the number of staff with delivery ability available 24/7". The DHS surveys are household surveys, not facility surveys. If you are asking about a SPA (Service Provision Assessment) survey, you can search the relevant report. Post a question if, after a reasonable effort on your part, you cannot find an answer.
