Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

The GitHub file " https://github.com/DHSProgram/DHS-Indicators-Stata/blob/mast er/Chap11_NT/NT_IYCF.do" may be helpful. Other programs in chapter 11 may also be helpful. However, if you cannot match the India final reports, we cannot provide much more help. These tables were prepared by a consultant, using the CSPro package, and the procedures often differ from our standard code. We receive no technical backup from the implementing agency, IIPS, on any issues related to any of the India surveys.
