Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

Data files are available on the DHS website in SPSS format (as well as in Stata and SAS formats). You need to register to get access to the Liberia 2019-20 files. You can reduce to the variables that you need for your analysis, but it will probably be simpler just to work with the complete files. Your variables may be in more than one file. Most people use mainly the PR, IR, and KR files. Please look at the Guide to DHS Statistics ( https://www.dhsprogram.com/Data/Guide-to-DHS-Statistics/inde x.cfm).
