Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

Users are asked to be specific about which surveys they are using. However, I can say that no DHS surveys have included hemoglobin measurements for children age 5-14. When hemoglobin is included, it's usually for children age 6-59 months and women age 15-49. Occasionally men are included, but not often.

DHS surveys contain information about child survival, schooling, household structure, and parental survival for children age 5-14, but not much else, and definitely no biomarkers.
