Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

Hi Michel! When men's weights and heights are measured, they are included in the PR file as hb2 and hb3, respectively. (For children the variables are hc2 and hc3; for women they are ha2 and ha3.) I do find these variables, with data, in UGPR52FL.dta, for men age 15-54. I don't see (in the MR file) that BMI was constructed for men, but you would be able to construct it. Thanks for continuing to use DHS data!
