Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

Open the IR file; then enter "tab v201 [fweight=v005], summarize(v012) means noobs".

To get age on a continuous scale, I would add 0.5 to each of these means.

If you want the average age at which a woman had her k'th child (k=1, 2, ... v201), that's something else.
