Merging Colombia DHS 1995 and 2000 with Municipality Information [message #26314]

Hi!

I want to merge different datasets on Colombia, which use the DANE municipality codes. However, while the DHS files for 1990 and 2005 can be merged by using the municipality and department ID, the same is not true for the rounds in 1995 and 2000.

Can someone please help me solve this problem?
