I don't think there is a consolidated list of the 707 districts. However, you can access the state reports on the DHS Program website at
https://www.dhsprogram.com/publications/publication-fr374-dh s-final-reports.cfm?csSearch=671823_1

Table 2 in each of the state reports lists the districts that were included in NFHS-5 in that state.
