Following is response from DHS Research & Data Analysis Director, Tom Pullum:

To construct the weights for multi-level analysis with the NFHS-4 data, you need information that is not easily available. We have a special GitHub location for this:
https://github.com/DHSProgram/DHS-Analysis-Code/tree/main/Mu ltilevel_Weights. You will see a folder for India. Please check that. If you still have questions, please let us know.

We now have repositories of code written in Stata and SPSS available on Github. Please reference these code repositories as a resource for code for matching or calculating DHS indicators. The code repositories can be found at:
