Hi Shannon,
In the three SPA surveys you posted about (Tanzania 2014, Bangladesh 2014, and Nepal 2015), in the recode file, the impac guidelines were recoded as the BEmOC guidelines, so q1605/1606 in the raw data file should correspond with v537e in the recode file.
