Following is a response from DHS Research & Data Analysis Director, Tom Pullum:

Ok--I see now that you were talking about the MR file, and it uses "cs" in the variable label. Usually the questions for men are just the reverse of the questions for women, which is what you are suggesting. To be sure, you should look at the men's questionnaire in the appendix to the final report (https://www.dhsprogram.com/pubs/pdf/FR334/FR334.pdf). It's in Spanish.
