Dear Dr. Tom Pullum,
I think this paragraph indicates the selection of determinants for this study. They selected the variables according to the previous literature. However, in the materials and methods section, it has been mentioned that they exclusively used "two most recent rounds of the Bangladesh Demographic and Health Survey (BDHS), implemented in 2011 and 2014". Moreover, the tables showed that the number of women involved with microcredit was 1498 and 1304 in BDHS 2011 and BDHS 2014, respectively.
If BDHS's do not include such information, I think I would better contacting with the authors in this regard. I will let everybody know their response.
Thanking you,
Tahneia
