Dear Amira,

I suggest that you try to doing the spatial join using a different districts shapefile that comes with a .prj file. The resources page of The DHS Program's Spatial Data Repository has links to possible sources of shapefiles http://spatialdata.dhsprogram.com/resources.html (for example, this webpage has shapefiles of Egypt's district boundaries https://www.humanitarianresponse.info/operations/egypt/datas et/egypt-admin-level-1-boundaries-admin-level-2-boundaries-a dmin-level-3).
