Following is a response from DHS Research & Data Analysis Director, Tom Pullum:

This survey included pregnancy histories, but only live births are given in the BR file. In the IR (women's) file there is a variable, s207bb, that gives the number of pregnancy losses. You can get other subtotals from sprego_01 through sprego_24. You could calculate, for example, the number of pregnancy losses prior to the birth of each child that appears in the BR file. However, we cannot provide the Stata code to do that.
