Hello DHS Team,

Under DV 28 in the woman's questionnaire on Help-seeking. If the respondent's answer is NO they have not sought help it would be important to understand why. Responses to this would provide empirical data to inform policy on the obstacles for help-seeking. I therefore propose to add a question on WHY and the following options for responses:

- Fear

- Lack of knowledge on where to seek help

- Considered it normal for the violence to happen hence no need to report

- Help was out of reach

- Other
