New maternal health questions - from validation study in Mozambique [message #1942]

DHS may want to consider adding the following questions that were recently validated in a study in Mozambique (PLoS One). They could be included in the core questionnaire or in an optional maternal health module.

a. Woman had companion present during the labor OR delivery
b. Woman had her labor augmented with injection
c. Woman received fundal pressure before birth of the baby
d. Woman received fundal massage after delivery of the placenta
e. Women received emergency c-section
