Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on the DHS questionnaire. Below are a collection of comments and suggested revisions from the CDC's HIV Prevention Branch for the household, women's, and men's sections of the core DHS questionnaire applicable to all countries. Please let me know if you have any questions or require further clarification about or suggested changes.
