Following is a response from Senior Senior Sampling Specialist, Mahmoud Elkasabi:

I would not say 391 women is a very small sample size. With the 391 cases, you might be able to produce indicators with very good, acceptable or bad precision. It depends on the nature of the indicators you are interested in. I would advise you to estimate the standard error of each indicator and calculate the confidence interval to evaluate how good the precision is.
