Following is a response from Senior DHS Stata Specialist, Tom Pullum:

Yes, the stunting of children is taken from the PR file. You need to restrict to children who are de facto residents, that is, children for whom hv103=1. The following lines will give 6,994 weighted cases (rounded to the nearest integer).
