Integrated data from the Nigerian 1999 survey are, for the time being, still distributed through the IPUMS-DHS website at idhsdata.org, with the caveat that we report that the data are not officially considered part of the DHS datasets at this point, due to some unreliable estimates from this survey and minimal involvement of DHS staff in the data collection. If you decide to work with those data, I would encourage you to use the data from this survey more to study relationships among variables than to rely on summary statistics (on for example, infant mortality levels, etc.) as reliable for this survey.
