For the 28 countries currently included in IPUMS-DHS (available at idhsdata.org), you can identify which samples included questions about fistula and what variables were included:

These variables all had country-specific variable names in original DHS files; IPUMS-DHS has given them standard names and codes to increase comparability across samples. If you click on the name of variable, you can see detailed documentation on the variable, including codes and frequencies, who was asked the question (universe), and question wording. You can log in with your DHS email and password and make a customized dataset with the variables and samples you need for your research.
