Sorry for the delay with this response.

Does your term "the women's decision making power" refer to a variable used in a DHS report? If yes, please identify the report and table and we should be able to provide the coding instructions.

But if you are trying to develop a new variable that you would interpret as "the women's decision making power" then you will have to develop it yourself. Other forum users may be able to offer suggestions, but the DHS staff cannot.
