Antenatal care questions are asked of the last birth in the 5 years preceding the survey. The women who had at least one live birth in past 5 years may also be pregnant at the of interview. But not of pregnancy that antenatal care questions are asked of.

The child with index MIDX_1 is the most recently born child, not pregnancy.
