Many thanks for your responses.

Just to ensure I have understood correctly, when you mention the provider and client listing forms, are these just forms used for sampling purposes? Or are these data available within the datasets?

As I understand it, the dataset SNPV7AFLSP consists of the providers interviewed at each facility, while dataset SNSL7AFLSP consists of ALL providers employed at the facility, whether present on the day of the survey or not. I would be very grateful if you could confirm whether I have got it right.
