Father's education and age in BDHS 2014 [message #9611]

Dear DHS Experts,

How can I get father's education and age for the under-5 children recorded in BDHS '14? Would the strategy be same for the earlier BDHS's?

Following is a response for Senior Data Processing Specialist, Noureddine Abderrahim:

The only children you could get father's education for, are the children listed in the household schedule. You will look at the line number of the father using the line number of the child in the household listing. Once you get the line number of the father in the household, you may check his recorded education.
