Help with unique identifier in SPA data? [message #806]

I am using the Kenya SPA 2010 dataset and am trying to link the modules. I can't seem to find a unique identifier for providers or clients. I am trying to link client-provider observations to individual providers and then to their respective facilities. Does anyone have any experience with this or have any suggestions? Thank you!
