For DHS Madagascar 2008, was weight data not collected for some reason? (missing variables hw2, hw7-12, hw71 hw 72)?

Dear User,
I researched and found that " MESURES DU POIDS, DE LA TAILLE ET DU NIVEAU D'HÉMOGLOBINE CHEZ LES FEMMES DE 15-49 ANS ET LES HOMMES DE 15-59 ANS" was part of the questionnaire for the Madagascar DHS 2008-09. However, after data collection was complete, the weight variable(s) were set to n/a in the recode file due to faulty precision on the scales.
