This table is calculated with all de facto children in the household, not just children of interviewed women, so it needs to be tabulated from the person's recode file as follows:

use "BDPR61FL.DTA"
recode hc56 (0/69=3 "Severe anemia")(70/99=2 "Moderate anemia")(100/109=1 "Mild anemia")(110/250=0 "Not anemic")(999=.), g(anemiac)
tab anemiac if hc1 >= 6 & hc1 <= 59 & hv103==1 [iw=hv005/1000000]
