I was wondering whether the lat-long data contained by the 'service availability' data-file from the Bangladesh DHS are associated with the original or displaced cluster locations? I know that data in the available shape-files correspond to the displaced cluster locations and common sense dictates that that strategy must have been adopted for other cases too. Just wanted to be absolutely sure of that.
