I have a question on Angola's MIS 2011 data.
The only available education variable for all household members in the data set is something wrong. I am sure that this question should be asked in the survey since I find this question in the questionnaire and this statistics is shown in the report.
But the highest education level (hc68) in the individual level data(AOPR61FL.DTA) has too many missing values (92.5%), as attached below. The variable label of this variable is "highest educational level (cs for preliminary & final report)".
-Do you know why this variable is like this? From the label, what can I know?
-How can I get the original variable if possible?
I already sent an email as feedback two or three weeks ago, but I have not yet received any response.

Dear Bridgette-DHS, thanks for your response.
I updated my table, and it shows missing now. So, 92.5% missing, as you see below.

Following is a response from Senior DHS Specialist, Noureddine Abderrahim:
In the person's file, all household members are listed. However, only kids under 5 are included in question HC68. Also, HC68 is not set for kids who do not have their mother in the household. The system missings are the kids whose mothers are not in the household, and members who are 5 years and older.
