How do I access the DHS data on biomarkers for the Lesotho survey conducted in 2023-2024?

Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

You will find all of these variables in the PR file. Perhaps you were looking in the IR and MR file? The biomarkers are collected as part of the household survey. Sometimes they are copied into other files, but I generally access them in the PR file. The naming is not always the same. In this survey, bpw and bpm are the prefixes for the blood pressure variables for women and men, for example.
