Can someone please help me access the district identifier/variable for 2005 Standard DHS and 2007-08 Interim DHS for Rwanda? The datasets I have does not include district variable; they do have cluster numbers, though.

I'm bumping this message because I have encountered the same problem. In the Rwanda DHS HR recode for 2005, it appears that only 11 districts are sampled, and they are classified based on numbers 1:11. The counts do not align with the previous provinces. This information is rather useless without a district label. Requesting that DHS provide the labels corresponding to each district ASAP. And no, I prefer not to use the GIS data to do this, since the GIS jittering will misplace some households into different districts, and every other full DHS survey that follows has proper labeling in the district variables.
