NFHS-1, NFHS-2, and NFHS-3 did not include blood pressure measurements or blood glucose measurements. Aside from height and weight, the only biomarker measurements in NFHS-2 and NFHS-3 were for anaemia measurements. NFHS-1 did not include anaemia measurements either.

When you are looking for any variables across the five NFHS surveys, it is best to check on the final reports for each survey, which include all of the questionnaires, as well as the tables and figures. The questionnaires for NFHS-3 are in Volume II of the NFHS-3 final report.

You can find all of the final reports online at dhsprogram.com. Just click on the country you are looking for and you will find the final reports.
