Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

Users are asked to specify what survey they are using. There have been several DHS surveys in Nepal. I will assume you are asking about the most recent survey, conducted in 2022.

In the final report, tables 3.10.1 and 3.10.2 describe insurance coverage for women and men, respectively. The questions in the women's questionnaire are Q1114-Q1115 on page 703 of the final report. The relevant variables are v481* in the IR file (NPIR82FL.dta) and mv481* in the MR file.

There are no tables, questions, or variables related to out-of-pocket health expenditures. The closest topic that is included is insurance coverage.

Thank you for the reply.

set maxvar 5000

. use "C:\Users\MMALLIK\Desktop\phd 2024\article preparation for phd\dhs questionaire for oope\data\NPIR82DT\NPIR82FL.DTA"
no room to add more variables
Up to 5,000 variables are currently allowed, although you could reset the maximum using set maxvar; see help memory.
r(900);

I could not upload data "NPIR82FL" in stata. Is it because data is too big? is there any way I can upload?

Furthermore,
I am looking for data of 'demographic health surveys out-of-pocket health expenditure module'. Questionnaire i got in pdf version is in ''view current version of questionnaire'' but could not find data for analysis.

Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:
You seem to have the correct data file. Entering "set maxvar 5000" before the "use..." command should work.  Please tell us whether you have been successful. But as I said, this survey does not include data on out-of-pocket health expenditures.
Previous Topic: Regarding injury data
Next Topic: number of women with a live birth in the 2 years preceding the survey
