I wanted to know whether the measurements for anthropometry of children are taken from birth onwards till 5 years or 6 months to 5 years. While stunting( height for age) is fine when less than 6 months, wasting has MUAC which is measured from 6 months to 5 years and not before. So what age is practically taken during surveys? If it is from birth how do we use MUAC for those less than 6 months?
