I am using the GitHub shared R code for DHS to analyze data for Kenya malaria data chapter 12 (DHS 2014 and 2022). For DHS 2022 it arranges indicators at the subnational level as counties (e.g., Siaya, Kisumu etc), but for 2014 it arranges indicators at subnational level using regions(e.g., western, eastern etc). I need the code to arrange the indicators for 2014 the same way as 2022. I'm not sure what I should do to adjust the code. Do you have the code for the Malaria Indicator survey on Github, please share if you do have.

Please assist.

Thank you so much!

Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:
Please check our R code on GitHub for the generic chapter on malaria: https://github.com/DHSProgram/DHS-Indicators-R/tree/main/Chap12_ML. Hope this does what you want. If it does not, you can add another code to re-sort the variables or categories in the preferred sequence.
