I am interested in the NFHS 1-5 rounds for India. I know that there are two different variables for urban/ rural status of clusters hv025 and hv026. As far as I understand these are population census 2011 classifications. Just as how districts and states have changed over the rounds (due to aplitting or change of boundaries), I want to know if: urban/ rural classification of clusters has changed over time?

Thanks!
