These are missing values for women who were not usual residents of the household in which they were interviewed, but slept there the previous night (i.e. visitors to the household). If you wish to use the information about the toilet and the flooring of the household in which they were interviewed, you can find these in hv213 (flooring) and hv205 (type of toilet facility) in the household recode (HR) file.
