Thank you so much for your response! I have another question. As you said, the HB0 needs to be given at birth within 24 hours after birth. What if the baby was born at night (ex at 9pm) and was given the vaccine after 7 hour (at 4am the next day) or even after 23 hour (at 8 pm the next day), shouldn't it count as at birth/ 0 day too since it happened within 24 hour after birth?
