As you can see in Table 10.19 in the final national report, the table correctly includes only the youngest children living with their mother. Note that the NFHS-5 fieldwork was conducted in two separate phases. In the first phase of the fieldwork, the child feeding questions were asked only if the woman has at least one child born in 2017 or later and living with her. In the second phase of the fieldwork, the child feeding questions were asked only if the woman has at least one child born in 2018 or later. Therefore, there is not one calendar year that covers both phase 1 and phase 2. However, Table 10.19 takes into account information from both Phase 1 and Phase 2.
