I am using the R code posted on GitHub by Shireen Assaf for DHS nutrition indicators.

Here is the link to the code: https://github.com/DHSProgram/DHS-Indicators-R/blob/main/Cha p11_NT/NT_tables_KR.R

I wanted to ask regarding the tables that are generated from the code here. I understand that the responses are recorded for different age groups of child, but I do not understand what do the values in the each of the food item indicate. For example

row_labels Child given infant formula in day/night before survey - last-born under 2 years|No
1|Age of child months categories: 0-23|0-1 97.90755075
1|Age of child months categories: 0-23|2-3 97.8041296
1|Age of child months categories: 0-23|4-5 94.65784013
1|Age of child months categories: 0-23|6-8 95.04118741
1|Age of child months categories: 0-23|9-11 95.87437143
1|Age of child months categories: 0-23|12-17 95.24582319
1|Age of child months categories: 0-23|18-23 94.46589218
1|Age of child months categories: 0-23|#Weighted N 4216.103148
1|#Total 95.68397165
1|#Weighted N 4216.103148

I want to understand what the values children given infant formula describe.

Can you help me?

Best
Mahir

Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

I do not see those lines in the linked program. Are they part of the output?

What country and survey are you using? Is there a specific table in the final report that this code is supposed to construct? Usually the title and notes for the table are helpful.
