Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

Are you asking about the opportunity to make suggestions for the next major revision of the questionnaire? That will be announced on the DHS home page, but will be many months in the future. USAID has not even issued the RFP for DHS-9. Please let us know if you are asking about something else.
