In an attempt to analyse data on health insurance among women using the KDHS 2022 Individual Recode, the data was missing on the variables v481,v481a,...,v481x. Why is that so.

The variables you are interested in, have "NA" in the variable label. "NA" is an acronym for "Not Applicable". If it is included in the variable label in the data file, it means all cases for that variable are coded with a blank (or a dot in Stata). The question(s) required for that variable(s) got dropped from the questionnaire.
