Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

You can do this kind of analysis with the KR file. Children under 5 are the cases in this file, but each record includes almost all of the mother's variables, including v731. You can see whether there is an association between the woman's employment status and the child's immunization status. Just note that v731 refers mostly to the woman's current status, which is after the dates of immunizations.
