Dear DHS Staff,
As I submitted my paper on one of the journals, it asked me the ethical review documentation. I tried to get help from the DHS "Request ethical review documentation" link about one month ago, but got no feedback.Can you provide those information for Papua New Guinea 2016-2018?

(1) Give the name of the institutional review board or ethics committee that approved the study
(2) Include the approval number/date and/or a statement indicating approval of this research
(3) Indicate the form of consent obtained (written/oral) or the reason that consent was not obtained
