I have worked on a paper where I used the 2007,2011,2014, and 2017-18 DHS data for Bangladesh. We are in the stage of submitting this paper to a journal. The journal requirement specifies the authors to include a statement on ethics approval and consent to participate. I would appreciate your guidance in this regard. Do you have some format or statements that need to be included while writing the ethics statement?
