Hello, I'm hoping someone can help clarify something from the Senegal 2019 (Phase 8) dataset.

Firstly, for question S239c: the ability to wash and change during a period at home, the answer options listed are "no", "non" and "nsp". I assume "nsp" indicates an inability to answer and "no" indicates that there are no facilities at home, but about the answer "non" I am unsure. I wanted to confirm whether this was a coding mistake and should be "yes" or whether this was a translation accident and "non" is actually no, whilst "no" is actually yes.

Secondly, for the literacy check (v155), what does "no card with required language required" mean? I have looked through the website and accompanying documents for the dataset, but I am struggling to find what is meant by this.

Any guidance on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
