Service availability in DHS 2014 - only government hospitals? and other questions [message #26421]

Hello DHS folks!

Hope all is well there - I was curious about a couple of things in the DHS service availability module from 2014. It looks like all hospitals (co201_01 and co201_02) are operated by the government, even though the questionnaire has options for private hospitals. Might you have any insight on this? Seems in 2017-2018, the nearest hospital (co201_01) has at least some private operators.
