Following is a response from DHS staff member, Tom Pullum:

Please look at DHS reports on this survey that are available on the DHS website, under "Publications" and "Search". I believe that all of the major indicators that can be calculated from this survey have already been calculated, for Bangladesh as a whole and for many subpopulations. Several of the indicators on your list cannot be calculated with DHS data from any survey. You do not need to calculate the indicators yourself. However, we have posted programs with which you can replicate what's in the final report (https://github.com/DHSProgram).
