This indicator has already been calculated for the report and for the fact sheets, as you say. The DHS website has many links to help you become familiar with the data. I recommend starting with the Data tab (https://www.dhsprogram.com/Data/). The online Guide to DHS Statistics ( https://www.dhsprogram.com/Data/Guide-to-DHS-Statistics/inde x.cfm) and programs (https://github.com/DHSProgram) should be helpful.
